HOURS OF OPERATION
You can order from our website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we are only here to answer the phones or your emails during normal business hours (9am-5pm pacific standard time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship fast! Orders received by noon PST are typically sent out the same business day. Orders received after noon are sent out the next business day. We send all of our shipments insured via Express Mail. Express Mail is usually received within 1-2 delivery days (they do not delivery on Sundays or holidays). This costs us about $20-$25 per shipment. Express Mail is a special service operated by the United States Postal Service. They can deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, as well as Internationally (takes an extra 1-2 days).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of USA)
We welcome international orders. We don’t charge you extra (even though it costs us about $10 more per shipment). Consider that our gift to you. You will be responsible for any customs and duties charges for importing peridot gemstones into your country. Most countries do not have charges, and you will need to check with your own country’s customs office if you want to be certain.

DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
We’ll give you DOUBLE your money back if the peridot you receive is not genuine. We have tested all of our peridot, and want you to know just how confident, honest, and reliable we are. If you feel you’ve received a peridot that is not genuine, don’t hesitate to contact us. We can refer you to trusted gem testing labs such as the GIA or AGTA where you can get an independent 3rd party report. If the report from a trusted lab states the peridot is not genuine, you need to send a copy of the written report, the peridot, and then we’ll give you double your money back. (This has never happened to us… not even once.)

RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day 100% of your money back (no pesky re-stocking fees) guarantee. We know with gemstones, there is no substitution for seeing them in person. Some of our customers are having trouble deciding between two stones. They will order them both, and only keep their favorite peridot. We won’t discourage returns. We won’t get mad at you. And we won’t give you any attitude. If you want to return something, simply contact us, and we’ll give you an RMA#. This way we know what to expect to receive, and can process your return as quickly as possible when it arrives back. Money is typically refunded within one business days.
